I am on H4 and applying for H1 with COS with two employers

I have few doubts
1. If both H1's get approved can i choose my employer or would it depend on approval date
2. Is approval date the date of filing or date when petition is approved.
3 what are my options, except stamping, if i want to go with employer whose H1b was approved earlier?

1. If both H1's get approved can i choose my employer or would it depend on approval date -- If both H1 petitions have Oct 1 effective date, you can join either one.
2. Is approval date the date of filing or date when petition is approved. -- Date on which the petition is approved. But this is a concern only if start date is not OCt 1.
3 what are my options, except stamping, if i want to go with employer whose H1b was approved earlier? -- See above.
