H1B Transfer of an un-stamped H1visa while in India

Hi,

I have been to US from an employer A on an H1B visa and got a new approval notice valid till 2015 after my visa expired.
Now, I am in India and I have not gone for stamping yet.

I would like to know if I switch my job in India, will I be able to transfer my current approval notice to the new company and can go for stamping being in India.

Kindly help.
