H1B transfer, LCA approval delayed

Hi,

I am applying for H1B transfer. My new employer applied for LCA 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for LCA approval. In general I know that LCA will approved in 5 to 8 days. Why it is taking this much time? Is it because we are near April 1st Any one has any idea? Please help me.

LCA only takes about 1 week.

I know that LCA takes only one week, but why it is taking more than 3 weeks in my case? Is their something wrong in application?

H1 petition cannot be filed without a certified LCA.
