I have an H1B visa which got expired, and an extension was filed, which got approved, and I received the new petition.
Now I am still in US, and have not gone to India to get fresh visa stamping after extension.
In this situation, can I change my job and do H1 transfer? Or do I need to go to India first, get fresh visa stamped with the new petition, and then come back and change jobs?
