    Query Regarding H1 Transfer

    I was working for a company A for which I have a H1B petition that is valid till Nov 2013. I moved to another Compnay B and I am currently employed there.
    I am now planning to switch back to company A.

    Does Company A need to apply for a H1B Transfer or Amendment now? The original petition is still valid until November.
