First H1B Stamping

Hi all,

I am currently working in the US for company A who has filed for my H1B. Two months ago I had scheduled an appointment for H1B stamping on the 21st of September 2005 based on Company A H1B. But I have recently accepted an offer at company B who has filed for an H1B transfer. My question is will my appointment still be valid ?

Hi,
You can attend the same H1b interview. But you have to mention both at the pre-screening counter as well as to the Consular Officer interviewing you about this change of employer and H1b receipt number. Also fill DS 156 with all details of Employer B.
