::::: Urgent Query: Travelling to same client and same location with old LCA ::::
Experts,
I have got my H1b stamped in Jan 2012 for Citi and LCA for this was posted in Citi on OCT 2011.
Only now am going to travel with the Visa, Is it Ok if i can travel with the same LCA as it is for the same position and same client and same project from the same employer.
My client says i can only travel with the new LCA as the old one is 2 years old. Will there be any scrutiny in the Port of entry by Homeland Security ?
your expertise suggestion is highly apprciable as i have my travel this weekend and all of a sudden this twist has come up.
