H1B Transfer to 2 companies at same time

Hi Friends/Gurus,


Currently I am working in a Company A in H1B. I got a offer from Company B and they are going to file my transfer in 2 days. In between I got the another great offer in Company C and they told that they will start the transfer process in next 2 weeks.

Could you please let me know, file the H1b transfer in 2 companies in same time is legal. I am filing Company A to B and Company A to C.

I would like to join in company C only.

Please advise me on this situation.
