Folks,
I have H1B VISA and now staying in USA with my wife and Kid ( they are in H4) . I have a situation, Ive to go to India for my personal situation ( Own Brother's Marriage) and I planned to come back in 10 days. My VISA expiring on this June 13 th. But I'll be back by 20th of May. My employer says that, it will be risk because am having very few days for VISA expiration. if i ask for premium VISA extension, they are not agreeing hence it costs a lot.
Kindly advice. Is that risk? To go and come back in short time.?
or is there any other possible ways to mitigate this situation?
