H1B Stamping Mumbai - Requirement of delivering application package 3 business days

Hello,

I am new to the forum. I will be travelling to Mumbai consulate for H1B stamping this month end.
I had a quick question regarding the earlier requirement (when VFS did the visa processing) of providing the application package at least 3 business days before the interview date. Does this requirement still exists ? thanks in advance for your help.

No you are no longer required to submit any package through VFS for visa purposes.

They will take your picture and finger prints at OFC.
