Next steps for H1b processing

Hi,
Could anyone guide me towards next steps of H1 processing?

1. Company A filed my H1b (first ever) petition about 3weeks back.

2. Company A seems to have recieved the reciept from USCIS this week.

3. Is this some kind of reciept that the visa petition has been filed? Will my I-797 (visa approval) and other papers also come with this reciept or only a reciept for filing the petition? Will this document be enough for fixing an appointment with the consulate?
