Hello All,
My H1 was valid till September 2012. I had to visit India in Feb 2012 for my H1 stamping and it got rejected in India.
Now currently, I'm planning for applying H1 to go to US? I'm now in Europe.
1. So can I use my previously filed H1, get a job in US and start working? ( As my H1 got expired, do I need to apply for a fresh new H1 ).
2. Can any employer renew my H1? ( Cap - Exempt )
3. How much time will this process takes to file me H1?
It would be a great help, if you guys can help me in this.
