H1 B7th year stamping for my wife - DELHI
Hi Guys-
I have a couple of questions -
I am on a 7th year H1B visa , which is valid till June 2006. But OUR ( my wife and myself) visa is stamped in our passports till June 05.
Now my wife is planning to go to india on a short vacation. Since i will not be able to make it along with her, can she go by herself to the US consulate in india and get her visa stamped? OR do I also need to go along with her?
I just wanted to check with you if there would be any issues arising in this regard?
