H4 Visa for Wife -- (F1 + SSN) Need Help please

Hi Folks,

This is first time I'm posting in here. Next month in May'13 - I'm getting married and will be applying for H4 for my wife in early June'13.

Actually, my fiancee had visited to USA before in 2008, she stayed in US for approx. 10 months on F-1 student visa - during which she had obtained her SSN. Due to personal reasons she had to go back to India and leave her Master's program. Now, on her DS-160 application for H-4 visa - should I mention her SSN #?? I believe I have to enter all other details regarding her F-1 Visa and travel to US in 2008-09.

Please help..... Also advise any other precautions I should take while filing DS-160.

Her previous visits make no difference to her chances of obtaining H4 Visa. She should enter all the information truthfully in her DS 160 form.

One more question?

Since I'm the primary applicant for my wife's h-4 Visa, do I need to provide Affidavit of Support I-134?
I'll provide my paystubs and bank statements.
