H4 visa supporting documents

I am planning to apply for an H4 visa next month in Mumbai. Among the supporting documents, do I need original copies of either I-797 or I-129, or will the photocopies suffice? (I will be attending the interview alone, my husband already being in the US). I am finding contradictory statements in different websites. Kindly help.
