Hi,
I was in the US on L1 with TCS. Later I switched to a consulting firm that sponsored my H1B in 2010.
Since then I am with the same company and after a year I joined back the same end client that I worked with TCS.
The layer to the client is through 2 vendors one of which being TCS again.
I have been working in this setup for over 2 years now.
This is the first time I am plannig for a H1B stamping.
Do you foresee any problems in this set up. My main concern is
1) is it a problem to be back at the same client through a different employer..
So to the visa officer - should I state that I was with this client since almost a decade now. Or should I just not showcase that old history.
2) My old employer(TCS) is one a vendor layer between me and client - will this raise questions?
3) How should I showcase my employer/employee relationship - what documentation to be carried to support this.
I am working on getting end client letter and all contracts between my employer and vendor layers to end client.
Please advice.
