My current company has applied for my GC labor cert. Is it okay for me to change company while GC labor cert is in progress?
Will it cause any complication when my new company files for my H1B?

You can change, but the current PERM will be rejected/withdrawn...

So, Does he have to start the GC process all over again or Can he still stay with his current priority date??

I'm pretty sure that in this case the GC process will start from the beginning, since the PERM has not yet been approved.

Just curious, when would be the best time to switch employer (in case if we need to) if we have PERM and I140 approved? Would that affect our GC process in anyways? Could you please help us understand that in detail? Pls
