Travelling outside USA when H1B is under process

Hi,

I am currently working in the US on an L1A Visa. I have my L1A stamped and valid until June 2014. My current employer has filed for my Change of status H1b this year in April and is still under Initial review stage.
I have some urgent need to travel to India for 1 month in the month of June 2013. Will my traveling outside the US create any issues for me especially my H1b processing?

No, that should be no problem, since your L-1A is still valid. You must ensure that the underlying petition is still valid, if you want to work.
