H1-B Lottery Selection Status Update

Hi All,

I applied for the regular category for the 2014 yr ,couple of regular category applicants received their approvals from the USCIS but I haven't got it so far

May I know when we will get to know the status...? does any one of you got the update please share.

I applied for the L1 couple of months , but I have been advised to apply in H1B and they rejected my petition. so I m worried so much

couple of same letters of acceptance are shared on line, guys it would be great if you let me know ur status

Two possibilities.
The petition is not selected in the lottery.
Petition is filed in regular processing (not premium processing), and hence still being processed. 2 to 3 month is normal in such case.

Anyone got a lottery update before receiving receipt number? When employer can receive an update whether case was selected or not in lottery.

I also have also applied for the for the h1b for fy2014 under the regular category(in 65,000 cap ), and i have received my receipt number on 26th april 2013..
