Hi..
I am on H4 and had applied for H1b for the year 2014. Now I have some emergency and I need to go to India for two months. Hence I will be entering back in US in July
on H4. Hence I will get a new I-94 on my entry.
1. Can I file an amendment for COS from H4 to H1 after I am back or will it be a new COS application?
2. What if my husband applies for a H1b transfer before Oct ? How does it impact my H1b?
