    Public intoxication and DUI

    I have two arrest on my records
    1. Public Intoxication
    2. DUI

    The first one i got expunged after finishing all the court directed punishments. The second one is still under trial.
    I am currently on my H1B. I wanted to know if the above two records would totally bar me from getting a green card.

    Any help would be appreciated
