Urgent! H1 and H4 transfer queries

Hi,

- I am currently a full time employee with Company A. I am thinking of moving to a consultancy company B.

- Company B has said that they will transfer my visa and initiate my GC.

- I wanted to understand if after the transfer I will be a Full Time Employee of Company B or work with them as a consultant of some sort.

-Also how does this affect the H4 visas of my wife and son?

-- You will be B's employee, no matter which client location you work at or whether you are on bench. They must pay you regularly as per LCA no matter what.

-Also how does this affect the H4 visas of my wife and son?
-- No difference to them. They should also file I-539 so that their latest I-94's will match yours.
