All,
My current LCA-H1B petition (Approved for Oct 2012) lists an Address A which is different from than the one I work at now.
(the company moved all operations from Address A to Address B some time back. A part of our team was always operating out of Address B)
My job duties and the company's core duties are still the same.
I came to know that I was supposed to file an H1 Amendment for changing the address.
This process takes time and I need to attend stamping interview in july.
My paystubs still show the old address.
Is an amendment necessary?
If so how will this affect my visa stamping?
Has anyone had a similar experience where one has attended an interview without an amendment?
Thanks in advance for your help
