Tranfer of H1 after trip from US

Hi, I am going to USA on my H1B from X employer for just 2 weeks. This is my first trip and I will be applying for SSN this time during these two weeks. My questions are as follows
:

1. Can my H1B get transferred once I make it back to India?
2. Dose it help to have SSN for transfers of h1?
3. Is it fine if I am in india with my SSN and all documents and want to opt for another employer?
