Help for H4 visa

Hi I am vinod, my aunt was rejected visa fro three times saying that my uncles salary in not sufficient , and the rejected it under section 212a4, and ecently my uncle came to know that the my aunty and her kids can attend the visa councelling again with out any appointment if the have a form notoriced , i dont remember the form number. I would appreciate if any one can help me with the correct information .

Hi,
For refusals under Sec 212 of the INA, I think you will have to take a new apointment. You can't go back without appointment. As far as I know there is no such form which if notarised will allow you to go back to the consulate without an apointment.
Well, if there is indeed such a form then I am happy to be proved wrong!
