I need urgent help.
I had H1B visa through Indian employer A valid till 2010. I travelled to US on this visa for 7 months and came back to India.
Later, this employer filed H1 B extension petition valid from 2010 to July 2013. I went for stamping and got 221g for submitting additional documents which I could not submit till date.
I switched to Indian Employer B in 2012. Now, can I use this petition for getting cap exempt even though I am with another employer? If I can use this, then for how much duration will I get this? Can I later do extension of this?
