H1b 7yr extension & company transfer

Hi,

I need to apply for 7th year extension in few months because my 6 year is getting over, due to some reason I need to change my employer.

I am waiting for the State Labor to clear for more than a year in my GC Process.

My doubts are:

During 7th year extension, can I change my employer.
If I change my employer, what will I have to do to continue my GC Process.
