Digital photo for DS160

Hello,
Can someone please suggest me where to get the digital photograph of the specification of US visa for the form DS-160?
I am in US and need to get a photograph.

Is it a must to submit the JPEG photo during the application?

Please suggest/advise me.

No. You can skip this while submitting DS form and later submit the photo when you actually go for the visa interview.
