H1B COS approved ..Traveled to India

Here is my situation please suggest
I was in US from April 2010 to May 2013 on L1B.
L1B Details:
i-94 expiry Date:02/28/2013
Visa Expiry Date:02/28/2013
L1b(i-94)Extension Filed: 01/07/2013
Extension Rejected on : 05/01/2013 and traveled back to India on 05/09/2013
Applied for H1B on 04/02/2013 in COS and received approval on 05/13/2013.

Due to my L1b extension denial i have traveled to India.My wife is working in US on H1b.

1. What happened to my H1B COS now? Can i go for H1B stamping in India since it is already approved?
2.Can i go for H4 stamping in India and come to US?

Your suggestions are most valuable for me.

My H4 got stamped yesterday at Hyderabad consulate ..but still in confusion ..what will happen to my COS H1B...can any one pls suggest?

i have reached out my attorney ..will update here once i get the status.. Mean while if any one came across same situation ..please suggest what will/may happen?

i will be coming to US on h4
I will be re filing my h1b since it is already approved.
