My H1 is good until Oct 15, 2013 and my PERM was filed on Sep 29,2012. PERM was audited recently and reply was sent.
if PERM gets denied for whatever reason, can I file a reconsideration request to bring it back to "pending" status and then file a 1yr extension request under that circumstance? or will the H1 extension not be accepted since an initial(not Final) denial decision was taken on the PERM?
