I have completed my 6 years on H1B and got extension beyond based on approved I-140.
If I change job and get 3 years extension(based on approved I-140 from current employer) after visa transfer.
Now with 2nd employer with 3 years still to go on H1B but no GC processing, would that H1B be transferable further (lets say 3rd employer) based on I-94?
