Query regarding Dependent Visa
I’m on L1B Visa and travelling to onsite this month for the 2nd time.
Actually I'm expecting my wife to travel with me on Dependent Visa(L2). She also works with the same organization.
My concern here is about her H1B petition which has been filed recently. So if she travels with me on L2 then what will happen to her H1 petition. Whether she ll still be eligible for H1 and can come to India for interview in October this year.?
