H1B approved - Currently in India - F1 Active - Can I get stamping?

Applied for H1B in April and got approved. I have the I-797 document with me.
Currently on a vacation trip to India.
H1B becomes active only on October 1st.
1. Can I get H1B visa stamped on my passport now? I am traveling in 15 days.
2. H1B becomes active on October1. Should I visit India again in September and get stamping?
