I am working in RBS Gurgaon in India .I am looking for an opportunity in US.As I worked in H1B almost 14 months(Feb 2008 to May 2009)H1B was stamped in 2006 Oct and expired in May 2009.
I got a call from an consultant that my H1B can be transferred . I need to send scan copy of all docs they will file H1 transfer in US.
I will get a new I 797 and on the basis of that I can go for stamping in India.but they will charge 4500 $ .
I want to check with you if it is possible??
