Travelling in B1 Visa while H1B petition is in process.

Hi,

I am holding a B1 visa and due to a project specific training, I am bound to travel to USA for a period of 45 days
(June-July'13).
Apart, my H1B petition is filed with authorities for the current year and yet to be approved. Will be there any issues for approving my H1B petition, since I'm doing a travel now with B1.
