Hi,
I am currently working with company 'A' - Consulting Firm, they filed by labor in June 20th, 2012, And i got two audits and it is in still process.
I am having 11 months left on 6 Years stay.
And i recently choose a company 'B', And they are willing to transfer my H1B.
Q1: Company 'B', Says that Since my PERM Labor is pending from almost one year, They are saying that i can get Extra one year period + 11 months H1b stay period.
is it true?
Q2: My current H1b [Company 'A' H1B ]got some how extra period of stay almost 6 months extra time on the petition [instead of 6 years], not sure how they managed to get extra period on the petition apart from total stay 6 Years. Can you tell me is it right to stay like that if i choose to stay with Company 'A' itself?
Q3: if i transfer my petition i will get only 11 months, which is exactly 6 Years period . I may get this with Company 'B' through H1b Transfer, and i will loose extra 6 months compared to Company 'A' H1b petition approval. please advice me here what is the best thing to choose now?
