Employmenet Letter

Hello All,

I am preparing for H1 B application (of course for the next year). I have 2 yeras of experience from employer A and 1 year experience from Employer B in India. Due to some family reasons i had to quit my job at Employer B and they are not willing to give me employment letter. However, I do have all the salary slips (pay-stubs) for the entire 1 yaer period. I wonder if this is good enough to show my experience.

Also, the pay-stubs are what I have received in my email during my empoyment. It has company letter head but not a signature. Will this be an issue ?
It would be great if somebody could kindly respond to my querry. If this does not work I can better prepare and fight with HR to get the letter.

Why wouldnt B issue you experience letter on their letter head? You should get it for future usage. Many companies do require you to get experienc eletters from all previous organizations in order to process your H1.
