H1B Transfer - Need Urgent Help
Currently I am having H1B visa on employer A, I have applied for H1B transfer with employer B in normal processing and I got the receipt number.
Now I have got a good offer from employer C and they are planning to file my H1B transfer in Premium processing.
My question here is that my LWD at employer A is at 14th June and on that very same day they will send the notification to US consulate to cancel my visa as per the process, Now if the employer C files premium H1B transfer petition after 14th June what will happen.?
