Can one book a visa appointment slot while his h1b transfer is in pending status? Asking since I see a field where one has to enter visa petition start and end dates...
Its been 2 months since I have filed my transfer petition and my vacation is another 2 months away.. Since I have filed with a big company, I expect approval and so have joined already on receipt. I wanted to book my visa appointment slot and by the time I leave, I expect my transfer approval.
Can we not book slot without approved I797A ?
The customer service for the Stanley site is VERY POOR! Bunch of college passouts sitting and playing with us..
