H4 visa Extension from India?---URGENT

Hi,

I was working in US on H1 visa. I came back to India before 2 years and now i want to go back to US.
I applied for H1 extension (797) and it got approved but we didnt applied for H4 extension with me which is expired now in april 2013.

My question is do i need to apply H4 extension too or my wife can go for visa stamping on my 797 approval since we are in india.
How i can process my wife's H4 visa now?

Please help me on how to apply for h4 stamp in this case.

There is no extension of status when you are outside of the US. Your spouse just needs to obtain H4 Visa using the approved H1 petition and then travel to US.
