Hi,
I have some query regarding the stamping of H1b and H4
I recently changed the job from one company to another and I have to take the appointment from Mumbai. Which I did recently for December 1st 2005
and my marriage got fixed on 14 of dec 2005 I was planning to get her with me so I am taking the appointment for her on 19-20 of dec...As for Mumbai the VFS need all the papers like visa copy and marriage certificate and marriage snaps
1) Is there any way I can get the appointment for the date 19 dec without providing the following documents as I have already booked the tickets for 29th dec for coming back.
2) In her passport my name will not be there as husband. As it takes some time to get that done. And is it required???
3) Suggest me what should I do should I take the appointment together on 19th dec will the passport will come in 7-8 days?
