H4 Transfer and Stamping

Hi,

My H1 Transfer has been initiated by the new company this June '13.

My spouse's I-94 expires on Feb'14. So, I planned to start H4 transfer once I get mine.

Also, She planned to travel to INDIA for Vacation in MAY '14.

How much I have to pay for H4 transfer and VISA Stamping fee in INDIA? Or

Is it advisable to pre-poned her travel date before I -94 expires? If she travel before I-94 expiry, then How much we have to pay for VISA stamping in INDIA?

Please guide me.

If she wants to stay beyond her I-94, she will have to apply for extension of status using form I-539. The filing fee for that is around $380. She can leave the US before I-94 expiry if she wants to avoid that.

She will need to apply for Visa if she wants to return to US after her current Visa in her passport expires. Visa application fee is the same irrespective of anything.
