H1B Visa Interview with I797C Courtesy copy of approval

Hi,

I recently changed employers from company A to B. I got my H1B transfer petition from Company B Approved and they received the I797C courtesy copy that says that the petition and extension of stay have been approved. However neither the lawyer nor the employer received the I797A with I94. On following up with the premium processing unit, they issued a duplicate copy. It seems now however that even the duplicate copy has been lost in the mail

USCIS clearly states on the status that it was mailed.

Can I attend the interview in India with the I797C approval notice? It seems that they do accept it sometimes.
Secondly I have my old I94. Can this be given at the airport?

I have also the I797C .Can i go for the visa interview?

i have 2 petitions from the same employer. the Visa approval end date is same in both. But One petition has I797A ,the approval copy and the other has the I797C courtsey copy only as there is location change and hence the amendment happened .My employer has not received the original copy till now.

i have the visa interview scheduled in india in Dec. Can i go ahead and appear the interview with the I797C courtesy copy
