    Time taken to process H1B exempt

    Hi,
    My H1B visa is expiring on Sep 30, 2013. I haven't travelled to US yet. I am planning to apply for an exempt of H1B petition. What is the time taken to process the exempt? When can I expect the petition to be approved?
