H1B Rejected

Hi,

My friend came to states on H1B to company A has valid stamping till 2014. As his company asked him return back, he resigned and joined company B and applied for H1B transfer. His H1B transfer got rejected. Can any one of you suggest me the better step to take from here.

Your friend is out of status, he/she should leave the US. If they find another job in the US, that employer can file a cap-exempt petition for them.
