can we return to US with 2 H1Bs??

Hi,

I am working for a company A who is holding my current H1B and I have accepted offer from another company B and they have started my H1B transfer which should be done in few days.

Now, I want to go to India for a vacation and will resign form company A after I return to US.

Will it be an issue in US Border?? will they question me why am I holding 2 H1Bs?? will be there any chances of rejection in border??

Please help clarify me.

You need to return only after B's petition gets approved, show B's petition at POE and start working for B immediately after returning. You can quit A before or after leaving the US.
