Hi H1b is expiring on Feb 22-2014. My company us filing an extention in August (6 months before) which will take 3 months to get the approval..approx in Oct 13.
I have to travel to India in December 13, Can I do the stamping in December 2013 at Mumbai - US consulate or have to do it after my visa expires in Feb-14 ?
Can I still use the drop box facility as its is the same employer and same job status?
