Hi,
I got my petition for H1B approved this year, my employer is asking me to travel to US on B1 in 3rd Week of Sept and once i am there he is thinking of COS to H1b as it is legal(he confirmed with an attorney).
My doubt is if i do this,
i have to go for stamping in India once i come for a visit -- What will be the implications and chances for stamping
What are the chances of H4 for my wife and kid while i stay in US.
Please suggest me on this.
