petition Approval for H1B 2014

Hi All,

IS there any one who has received Petition Approval for this year H1 ? My application was selected in lottery in April 2013 but still status showing in initial Review ?

Also what are the Chances of Getting RFE if you have applied through Small company/ Desi consulting.

i have received the approved petition in last week of june 2013, and for me the status is changed from initial review to decision with out RFE, so i guess same will have to u too

Hi ,

Is there any one else who has applied through small consulting company and received Petition Approval. Can any one guide me how much more time will it take for the petition approval as i wrote i gt receipt number in April and status showing in intial Review.
