    is it safe to travel US on B1/B2 visa while H1-B visa application is in process?

    Hi,


    I have visited US this year for 3 months on B1/b2 visa, and my employer has again asked me to visit for 2 months.
    My H1-B petition is in process and shows "Initial review" status on USCIS site.

    is it safe to travel to US now? will it create problem for my H1-B petition?

    can anyone help reply here?
